Your information, your conversation

Privacy & recording.

Before you share anything

Our forms collect the details needed to respond to your request, coordinate an offer or arrange a session. Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment. Please don't send confidential business information, customer records or passwords.

Who is running this?

Duo Some Good is an independent initiative by Jeremy Cabral. The purpose is to connect business owners with free help and raise funds for We Are Mobilise.

Browsing this website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The website host may process routine technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

Embedded video and social posts

Videos and social embeds load only when you choose to load them. Before that choice, this page does not connect to those media providers. Once loaded, YouTube or LinkedIn may process your IP address, browser information and interactions under their own privacy terms. YouTube uses its privacy-enhanced player, which does not mean it is tracking-free. You can close an embed to remove it from this page, or follow the direct link to view it on the provider’s site.

Closing an embed does not undo information already sent to its provider. Media choices are not stored across page visits. Only selected, approved public content is featured; a hashtag does not automatically add someone’s post.

Bookings and requests for help

Appointments use Cal.com and enquiries use Notion Forms. These services process the information you submit under the Cal.com privacy policy and Notion privacy policy. Jeremy Cabral and authorised campaign helpers use your information to arrange your session, understand your request, make an agreed introduction or respond to you.

Submitting a request does not automatically make it public. Only an agreed summary may appear on the moderated help board. We keep email addresses private and seek both parties’ agreement before making an introduction.

Filming and livestreams

You can choose a filmed or private advice session. Getting free help does not require consent to filming. Private sessions will not be recorded or livestreamed, and should take place away from active microphones and cameras.

Some separately agreed filmed conversations may be broadcast live or shared on social media. A filmed session needs your informed agreement to record your voice and image and share agreed content. Recording consent must be a separate, optional choice, visible before booking and confirmed again before recording starts.

Social content may be viewed globally and shared by other people. A live broadcast cannot be recalled once it has been seen. Please avoid discussing anything you need to keep private. If you want to stop, tell the person recording immediately.

A notice at the desk helps passers-by understand that filming is happening. Being nearby is not permission to publish a private conversation. Children will not be featured in a booked interview without appropriate parent or guardian permission.

Donations

Donations go through Jeremy’s official charity fundraising page. This website does not take card payments or issue donation receipts. The charity platform's privacy and payment terms apply.

Marketing and introductions

Asking for help is not an agreement to receive sales emails. Any optional marketing choice should be separate from booking or getting help. Introductions should only share the details you agree to share.

Ask about your information

You can ask about information you have shared, request a correction or raise a concern about a recording. Removal from channels controlled by the campaign may be possible, but copies made by other people or previously viewed livestreams may not be recoverable.
